Each year the National Fastpitch Coaching Association (NFCA) announces their all star teams! We are proud to have produced videos for the past four years! This project included acquiring and utilizing footage from over universities 100 across the United States. Additionally the final videos were produced in a roughly 36-48 hour timeline. From a technical perspective, it is just plain fun to have a timeline challenge like this. Coordinating with over 100 universities and individual sports departments is a complex process made easy through clear communication. Our goal was to systematize problematic processes related to uploading footage, communicating with the team in a collaborative cloud-based environment as players are nominated and moved to various teams, and streamlining the final deliverables. Each year this process is made more lean through specific changes to the process, minimum standards of video footage, and our internal team's ability to handle the footage in a timely manner.
