The rapid increase in calls that resulted meant a need for a sleeker, faster website. In 2019, Hatfield Media’s website design and development team launched a revitalized Lockdoctor website. To accommodate expanding clientele, improving the user experience was imperative.
Success for Lockdoctor continually grows. To celebrate this, the team at Lockdoctor reached out to us to produce two new professional commercials. “We now have two commercials produced by Hatfield Media and are extremely happy and satisfied with the results,” says Horrar.
THE KEY TO VIDEO PRODUCTION
There is something almost humorous about the sense of cosmic misfortune surrounding the loss or damage of a key. When starting the commercial video production project, both the client and the producer, Bryce Ury, wanted to capture that funny side of locksmithery. Their goal was to engage and entertain while still highlighting Lockdoctor's key areas of service. “Misplacing keys is a pretty common mistake people can relate to, and the guys at lockdoctor shared some true stories with us that inspired the scenarios you see in the commercial,” notes Ury.
Throughout the video production process, the established trust with the client was felt. “They were great to work with, often communicating that they trust us as the video guys to do what was best for the project,” Ury recalls.
