Hatfield Media was contracted by Sullivan University to produce a series of overview videos that focus on each of the many programs, departments, and services the institution offers. With every video, our creative team took an organic approach to accurately portray what it’s like to be a student at Sullivan University.
“It’s not enough to film a student at work,” said Isaac Harrison, video producer at Hatfield Media. “You need to be able to connect to the individual. There’s a reason students choose Sullivan University, and we wanted to capture their stories.”
For this campaign, our video team developed a shooting style that speaks to Sullivan University’s new voice and branding. Instead of focusing on just the specs of a particular program, our team honed in on the reasons why people study at Sullivan University.
“We captured what motivates these students and presented that to the audience,” said Harrison. “While previous video campaigns allowed the viewer to look in on the action, our goal was to put you in the middle of the action.”
Hatfield Media took great care in accurately representing Sullivan University’s student body and programs. Currently-enrolled students were used as models and actors whenever possible. A professor from each department worked with our team to ensure the accuracy of the procedures, tools, and methods demonstrated on video.
